Confirm Itinerary
We customize to your absolute satisfaction. After a few times back and forward working with us, your private tour
itinerary is confirmed.
Pay Tour Deposit
Unless otherwise stated, the follow private tour deposit is due within 10 business days or your final price quotation
cannot be guaranteed:
- - Tours departing 61 days from final price quotation date: $500 per person
- - Tours departing within 60 days from final price quotation date: Full payment is due
We take checks, cash, money orders, wire transfers and major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express,
Discover).
Confirm Tour Booking
Your private tour booking is confirmed and becomes a tour contract. Any changes to it is subject to availability, han
dling charge or cancellation fees. For detailed changing and cancellation policy, please refer to the “Terms and Condi
tions” listed in your confirmed itinerary.
Pay Off Final Balance
Your tour balance is due 60 days prior to departure (unless your choice of tour departs in less than 60 days from
reservation date in which full payment is required immediately). In the event that we do not receive your full payment
in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge cancellation fees accordingly. For detailed cancellation
policy, please refer to the “Terms and Conditions” listed in your confirmed itinerary.
Receive Travel Documents
Work closely with your travel agents or our tour consultants on flight schedules, visas or any other special requests
that you may have. 10 days prior to departure, receive a Final Travel documents in which your tour details can be
found: day by day itinerary, trans-pacific air routings, hotels, tour guides, local weather, emermgency contacts, etc.
Please be aware that intra-city transportation such as air tickets and train tickets will be given to you on the spot.
